The new Fiat 500 has been crowned both Car of the Year and Best Small Electric Car by DrivingElectric.

These are the first award wins for the car and judges praised the car for its stylish exterior design, interior filled with the latest technology and its usable range of up to 199 miles.

Another feature which helped it win was its low price tag, which makes it affordable to purchase.
